To be safe it is advisable to always make a note of your Player ID, this can be found in the game's Setting menu and should look something like this xxxx-xxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx. Save this as a picture or in a notebook outside of your device.

To avoid any loss of progress make sure that you are signed into your Facebook account in the game or with your Apple ID (for Apple devices).

This will allow your game to be saved to the cloud and you will just need to download the save from the cloud when you:

- change devices

- reinstall the game

- use multiple devices

If you did not sign in to Facebook (or your Apple ID) before losing your progress we are unfortunately not able to restore any lost progress. We can help rebuild your game but there will be some features that can't be added back as they were unique to your game only.
