If you have not received your daily spin you should first tap on the Spinner icon in the top left-hand side of your map screen (under the purple crafting book). 

If you are meant to have a spin and don’t, or haven’t been credited with the item you won from your Daily Spin, then please contact us at support with information on the problem you are having and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
