For iOS (Apple) devices

All purchases made from an Apple device are managed and processed through Apple.

For Android (Google Play) devices

For FireOS (Amazon) devices:
All refunds need to be processed through Amazon.
Please follow these steps to begin the refund process:
  • Visit https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html?skip=true
  • Tap on "Digital Services"
  • From the drop-down list, select "Appstore Games and Apps"
  • From the 2nd drop-down list, select "Unable to download app or in-app purchase"
  • You will have the option to connect with Amazon Support via email or phone
