The game automatically saves your progress as you play on your device.

To save your game to the cloud make you remain signed into Facebook in game, this will allow you to transfer your progress to another device. You can sign into Facebook in game in the Settings menu (cog icon)

Make sure to take a note of your game ID (found in the game Settings) in case you need to contact customer support.
