Purchases can be made on the Shop screen. Simply press the '+' button next to your current Coin balance, and you will be presented with all of the purchase options.

Some purchases such as the Starter bundle or bundles containing items for the manor can only be bought once you have started Case 2. This is because you will need to have access to the manor to be able to use some of the items in the bundle.
