All refunds need to be processed through Apple.
Please follow these steps to begin the refund process:

- Sign into your iTunes account
- Scroll through the list until you find the purchases from Crafty Candy Blast
- Click "Report A Problem"
- Choose a problem from the drop-down list, and provide any information you can with regards to the purchase
- Click "Submit"
