TERMS AND CONDITION FOR GORDON RAMSAY’S EXCLUSIVE LAS VEGAS GETAWAY 

 

1. OVERVIEW    

1.1. The promoter is Outplay Entertainment Limited of Floor 3, 1 - 4 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8HA, incorporated in Scotland with company number SC386157 (“Outplay”, “we” or “our”).  

1.2. Outplay are organising a prize draw which individuals (“Prize Draw Entrant” or “you”) can enter with a chance to win the prize described in Section 3 of these T&Cs (the “Prize Draw”). Entrance to, and participation in, this Prize Draw shall be in accordance with, and subject to, these T&Cs.    

  

2. HOW TO ENTER    

2.1. In order to enter the Prize Draw, you must:  

2.1.1. complete the first ten (10) levels of the game “Gordon Ramsay’s Chef Blast” (the “Game”) (downloadable for free for Apple iOS devices on the App Store via this https://bit.ly/ChefBlast_applestore, for devices running Android on Google Play https://bit.ly/ChefBlast_GooglePlay and for devices running on Android on the Amazon store https://bit.ly/ChefBlast_Amazonstore from 00.01am UTC on January 20th, 2024 (the "Starting Date") until 23.59pm UTC on March 15th, 2024 (the "Closing Date");            

2.1.2. complete the Prize Draw entry form, which will appear in the Game once you have completed the first ten (10) levels, by providing your name, a valid email address and confirming that you have read and understood these T&Cs;  

2.1.2.1. every subsequent five (5) levels completed in the Game will earn you one (1) additional entry ticket in the draw. You can earn up to a maximum of 20 entry tickets.  

2.1.2.2 you will need to be online for your tickets to be validated and entered into the Prize Draw.  

2.1.3. be aged 21 years or over; and    

2.1.4. be a resident, and have a postal address, in the United Kingdom, the United States of America (excluding Rhode Island), and Canada (excluding Quebec), and it must be lawful to enter the Prize Draw in your country or state of residence. In the event it is not lawful to enter the Prize Draw in your country or state of residence, your entry to the Prize Draw (“Entry”) will be void.    

2.2. To confirm, no purchase is necessary in order to enter the Prize Draw (although message and data rates may apply) and any purchases made by Prize Draw Entrants will not affect its chance of winning.    

2.3. By entering the Prize Draw, you:    

2.3.1. agree to be bound by these T&Cs;    

2.3.2. confirm that you are eligible to enter into the Prize Draw and claim the Prize (as described in Section 3 of these T&Cs). Outplay may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw; and    

2.3.3. acknowledge that Outplay reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.    

2.4. There is a maximum of 20 entry tickets that can be earned by each Prize Draw Entrant. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.    

2.5. Outplay can refuse or exclude any Entries for any reason, without notice to the Prize Draw Entrant in question, and will not accept responsibility for Entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or which cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason, regardless of cause.    

2.6. You cannot enter the Prize Draw if you or any person related to you is an employee, consultant or agent of Outplay or any of its affiliates.    

 

 

3. THE PRIZE 
 
3.1. One winner (the “Winner”) will be chosen at random by March 20th 2024 (the “Announcement Date”), and the Winner will win:

3.1.1. a four-night stay for the Winner and their guest (aged 21 years or over) in a premium suite at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas (“Caesars Palace”), and travel expenses to and from Caesars Palace (which shall not exceed US$3,000); and 
 
 3.1.2. a US$5,000 Caesars Rewards Gift Card, 

3.1.2.1 the Caesars Rewards Gift Card can only be used at selected merchants as defined on their page (https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/gift-card/have-a-gift-card)

(together, the “Prize”). 
 
3.2. The Prize must be redeemed between April 1st  2024 and September 30th, 2024,  excluding:

3.2.1. holidays; and

3.2.2. any other dates between April 1st  2024 and September 30th, 2024 which Outplay may notify you of from time to time, 
 
(the “Prize Period”).

3.3. If the Winner fails to redeem the Prize within the Prize Period, the Prize will be forfeited. 
 
3.4. If the Winner is unable to travel to Caesars Palace during the Prize Period for whatever reason (including, without limitation, travel restrictions relating to COVID-19), the Prize may have to be forfeited. 
 
3.5. The Prize is not negotiable, transferable, cannot be combined with any other offer and no cash alternative is offered, and Outplay reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value without notice to you. 
 
3.6. The Prize will be subject to separate terms and conditions which we recommend that you review, including terms which apply to your stay at Caesars Palace and your use of the Caesars Rewards Gift Card (section 3.1.2.1 and 3.1.2.2.) 
 
3.7. The Prize does not include any incidental expenses incurred in relation to the Winner’s stay at, or travel to and from, Caesars Palace, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest, including (without limitation):

3.7.1. any expenses in excess of the US$5,000 limit on the Caesars Rewards Gift Card and any expenses which are not covered by the Caesars Rewards Gift Card; and

3.7.2. expenses which relate to food and drink, telephone calls, services used at Caesars Palace (such as spa and beauty salon services), tours and excursions and gift shop purchases, which are not paid for using the US$5,000 credit on the Caesars Rewards Gift Card. 

 
4. WINNER    

4.1. The decision of Outplay with regards to the Winner of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.    

4.2. The announcement of the Winner on the Announcement Date may be made public and refer to the Winner by name.    

4.3. Outplay will contact the Winner by email (at the email address supplied by the Winner during Prize Draw entry) as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date in order to arrange the delivery of the Prize (the “Prize Notification”).    

4.4. In order to claim the Prize, the Winner must comply with the following requirements, otherwise the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to a different Prize Draw Entrant instead who will be chosen at random:    

4.4.1. respond to Outplay within seven (7) days of the Prize Notification;    

4.4.2. be a resident, and have a postal address, in the United Kingdom, the United States of America (excluding Rhode Island), and Canada (excluding Quebec), at the time of redeeming the Prize  

4.4.3. (if the Winner is a Canadian resident) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid, which may (at Outplay’s sole and absolute discretion) be administered online, by email, by telephone, by other electronic means or in the form of a declaration and release;   

4.4.4. be able to travel to Caesars Palace during the Prize Period;    

4.5. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of a Winner.    

4.6. In order to comply with its obligations under the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing, Outplay must send the surname and county of the Winner to any Prize Draw Entrant who requests this information from Outplay at support@outplay.com within one (1) month after the Closing Date.    

4.7. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact Outplay at support@outplay.com. In such circumstances, Outplay must still provide the information and winning Prize Draw Entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.    

4.8. We may cancel, vary or withdraw the Prize if the Prize Draw or the Prize is unlawful in your country of residence.    

4.9. The Winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Outplay and consent to their picture being used for publicity purposes.    

  

5. GENERAL    

5.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Outplay, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner and any other Prize Draw Entrants, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death caused by:    

5.1.1. Prize Draw Entrants participating in the Prize Draw;    

 5.1.2. the Winner claiming or using the Prize; and    

 5.1.3. third parties (including losses, damages or delays caused by fraud or any failure of any communication network),    

except where it is caused by the negligence of Outplay, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. To confirm, Prize Draw Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

5.3. Outplay will only process your personal data as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: https://terms-of-service.outplay.com/#privacy.    

5.4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these T&Cs, Outplay may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.    

5.5. Outplay reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. Outplay may also change these T&Cs at any time, and those changes will take effect immediately and be posted here.    

5.6. These T&Cs shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.    

5.7. We make no representation that this Prize Draw is lawful or appropriate outside of the United Kingdom. If you access the Prize Draw from outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, and you should consider and comply with any local and applicable laws that may restrict your entry to this Prize Draw.
