Gordon Ramsay’s Chef Blast would like to invite you to take part in our Beta program to test out some loading and performance enhancements features in the game. As a thank you for participating and helping us test these features, we will be adding 150 coins to your game at the end of the Beta program.

 

The Beta program is expected to run for one month. During this time, you will just need to install the Beta update and play the game as normal.

 

If you are using an Android device and have your game installed through the Google Play store, and would like to take part in the Beta program, please get in touch with our support team at support@outplay.mail.helpshift.com and let them know the email address used for your Google Play account.

Why is Chef Blast running a Beta program?

We would like to test out some new features in the game before they are released to all our players. We are running a Beta program to test these features to make sure they are working correctly before they are released.

 

What features are being tested in the Beta program?

We are testing some loading and performance enhancements that will allow our development team to make improvements to the game in the future. We would like to test these system features first before they are released to all players. These features are all system enhancements, and you should not notice any changes to your game when taking part in the Beta program.

 

What will happen to my current game if I opt in to the Beta program?

You should not notice anything different and will be able to play your game as normal. To take part in the Beta program, you would just need to install the Beta update available in the opt-in link once you have been added to the Beta program. Once you have installed the Beta update, you would just need to play your game as normal.

 

What should I do if I notice any issues with my game while taking part in the Beta program?

If you notice any issues, please get in touch with our support team and include a description of what you are experiencing and any screenshots of what you are seeing. During the Beta program, you will be able to contact our support team as normal:

 

·       In-game support - If you are able to open and access your game, please use the in-game support to contact our support team. You can access this by clicking on the Settings menu (cog icon) and selecting Support.

If you are using this method, please also include a screenshot of the game loading screen, as your Player ID will be at the bottom and should look something like this: 123456-abcd-1234-abcd-12345678.

 

How long will the Beta program last and what will happen at the end?

The Beta program is expected to run for one month; however, this might be extended if any additional testing is needed. At the end of the Beta program, you will just need to opt out by clicking on the opt-out option on the app page.

Once you have opted out of the Beta program, you should not see anything different with your game and you will be able to play as normal and receive the normal game updates.

 

When will the 150 coins be added to my game?

The 150 coins, as a thank you for taking part in the Beta program, will be added to your game automatically at the end of the Beta program.
